Dowload the "Cisco WebEx Meetings" app from the following app stores:

Instructions for joining a webinar on your mobile device:

• Step 1. Register for the webinar and keep the registration approval email.
• Note: If you cannot find the registration approval email - check your junk email folder
• Note: If you have already installed the Cisco WebEx Meetings app for your device, you can skip to step 3


• Step 2. Download and install the "Cisco WebEx Meetings" app from the app store for your device.
• Note: You do not need to sign in or sign up for a WebEx account


• Step 3. At event time, open your registration approval email and copy the 9-digit event number.


• Step 4. Open the Cisco WebEx Meetings app on your mobile device.
• Note: There is no need to sign in or sign up for a WebEx account


• Step 5. Click "Join meeting" and paste or enter the 9-digit event number - then click "Join".
• Note: You will be prompted with the message: "This event requires registration. Register now?"


• Step 5. Click "OK" to proceed with registration (you will only need to enter your email if you already registered for the webinar).


• Step 6. Enter the email address you used to register for the webinar in Step 1 - then click "Next".


• Step 7. Click "Allow" to join the meeting on your mobile device.
