Q) How do I place an order?

Please place your order on the webstore, the Biomed supplements App, or by e-mail, fax, or call customer service  (800-665-8308)  for NEXT DAY package dispatch.


Q) What are the hours of the customer service call center?
A)

Our toll free order lines at customer service are open from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm (PST). [10:30 am until 7:00pm (EST)]. Orders may be placed on our webstore, by fax or email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Q) How can I change the default Ship-To address on my account?
A)

The default Ship-To address and other account parameters can only be changed by contacting Customer Service. Multiple alternative Ship-To addresses can be added to create a convenient drop-down menu of these addresses for you. If not modified by a Customer Service Representative, all Ship-To fields will automatically populate with your Billing Address information.

Each Product on our website lists the ingredients. Some items also have more detailed information in their product monograph.


Q) How do I determine the name of a product using the ingredient name?
A)

Please see our website and search for an ingredient by its name. All products will appear that contain that ingredient.


Q) What is Biomed's return policy?
A)

All returns must be authorized by Biomed prior to return within 30 days of the purchase date. Marked, opened or dated product will not be accepted back for credit. In the event of a shipping discrepancy or damaged product, please inform our office within 48 hours of receipt of your order to receive a credit. Returned goods may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
