How can I change the default Ship-To address on my account? |

The default Ship-To address and other account parameters can only be changed by contacting Customer Service. Multiple alternative Ship-To addresses can be added to create a convenient drop-down menu of these addresses for you. If not modified by a Customer Service Representative, all Ship-To fields will automatically populate with your Billing Address information.

What is Biomed's return policy? |

All returns must be authorized by Biomed prior to return within 30 days of the purchase
date. Marked, opened or dated product with less than 1 year expiry will not be accepted back for credit. In the event
of a shipping discrepancy or damaged product, please inform our office within 48 hours of
receipt of your order to receive a credit. Returned goods may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
