SerraNatto’s™** combination of two powerful systemic enzymes, Peptizyme SP® (enteric coated) and Nattokinase make this a valuable anti-inflammatory and pain relief formula. Peptizyme SP® (Serrapeptidase) is an effective alternative to NSAIDs, including COX-2 inhibitors, as an anti-inflammatory and pain blocker in arthritis treatment, wound healing, carpal tunnel syndrome and post surgical healing. Nattokinase is a stronger fibrinolytic agent than Bromelain and helps prevent blood clotting and supports blood circulation.
